Spring evening design debates with the Australian Institute of Architects return to MPavilion following our inaugural series of in 2017. Join us in the gardens as representatives from the Victorian Chapter of the AIA go head to head on timely and enduring ideas in architecture, and in particular ideas inspired by MPavilion 2018 and its Barcelona-based architect, Carme Pinós of Estudio Carme Pinós. Topics to be covered over the course of each hour-long debate include equity in education, the changing face of architectural practice and the advantages of collaboration, amongst other issues both current and emerging.

The topic being debated on Tuesday 13 November is ‘New Heritage’ and the topic on 20 November is ‘Who should design our cities?’.
