Ever wanted to see some orchestral instruments up close? Now is your chance! Bring the kids to this interactive performance by Eine Kleine Wind’s Upwind! musicians. This educational program is driven by a passion to combine music performance and music education.

Rachel Curkpatrick (oboe), Rosie Savage (horn) and Emma Morrison (bassoon) are motivated to build an interest in their particular instruments and to inspire a next generation of musicians. During the Upwind! show you can expect to hear music that is recognisable, exciting, beautiful and quirky. Our aim is to provide an inspiring introduction to classical music that is accessible for everyone.

No need to book, you can simply turn up to any session starting at 10am, 11am or 12pm on Monday 14th Jan, or from 9.30am-11.15am on Thursday 17th Jan. Each performance will go for approximately 35-40 mins including time for some questions.
